Starting with just a few clients and relying on family for transport, Emmi quickly gained traction through word-of-mouth referrals and face-to-face networking in local Facebook groups and community events. Her commitment to customer service and the health of her clients’ horses earned her glowing praise and repeat business.
???? By November, Emmi had booked her driving test, paving the way for greater independence and business growth. Fast forward to month five, and she was building her income, investing in embroidered uniforms and improving her efficiency to serve more clients.
???? By month seven, Emmi had enrolled in a Diploma course starting in February 2026, paid her deposit, and began preparing her business to stay sustainable during training weeks. She introduced loyalty incentives like complimentary Red-Light Therapy pads and distributed business cards at local stockfeed stores and the IGA.
???? Now in month nine, Emmi maintains a loyal client base of 60–70 clients, has increased her income and is fully self-sufficient! Her professionalism, reliability, and consistent community engagement have made her a trusted name in the region.
