I have just completed the theory component of this course and it has been fantastic! Tracey is a kind, helpful and knowledgeable trainer. Whilst the course is fast paced, there is a wealth of information and support to guide you through the process. ABS Institute provides various training courses that support individuals in acquiring employability skills, discovering resources and exploring personal & professional development. I had the privilege of having Tracy be my facilitator for both the 'Exploring Self Employment Workshop' and the 'Self Employment Assistance Program'. She was fantastic! Tracy is super knowledgeable on the content she delivers and very understanding of each participant's unique questions. Tracy fostered a very inclusive and collaborative environment that made learning and connecting with others easy, I appreciated all the information and lived experience she shared with us.
