The New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) is a self-employment program funded by the Australian Federal Government aimed at assisting unemployed people to explore the opportunities of self-employment as an alternative to gaining full time work.
The ‘Exploring Being My Own Boss’ Workshops are designed to give you a taste of entrepreneurship, self-employment and support those that have a business idea or dream of being their own boss.

For employers this provides opportunities to take advantage of incentives that are available for employing new staff as trainees under government sponsored traineeships.
ABS Institute offer a broad range of training programs that are tailored to help employees develop their skills in the workplace and improve career prospects.
We have courses available in Business, Management, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Accounting and Finance. These courses are available at a Certificate II, III, IV and Diploma level.
