Jane provides a range of massage services including remedial, sports, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Originally from Newcastle England, she moved to Perth in 2012. "From 3 years old you couldn't keep me still, I did dancing, trampolining, cross-country running, athletics, basketball, football and netball. My proudest achievement though; a gymnastics career spanning over a decade, competing at the National level in both artistic and Team Gymnastics" she said. Being a competitive gymnast put a lot of stress on her body and meant that she had her fair share of injuries from overuse to trauma to growing pains. As she grew older and less active, the injuries weren't healing as quickly. Combine this with a sedentary desk job and the onset of an autoimmune disease, she felt a far cry from the healthy athlete she once was."This lit a fire inside of me, I needed to make a change. I wanted to do something that I was good at, that I liked, that helped people.
