Business Local – Time Management

By ABS Institue of Management

Program outline

One of the biggest challenges for small businesses is the art of getting things done. Doing something new for the first time, distractions, procrastination and mental blocks all help to slow down the entrepreneur from progressing their business and making it a success.

Join us for a course that covers how to be as productive as possible, moving your business forward quickly and being a success. We’ll talk about identifying your sticking points, putting together an effective action plan and maximising productivity. As part of this process we will consider the benefits of suitable technology that aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving goals and objectives.

Your facilitator – Liz Haselgrove

Liz Haselgrove started studying Business in the UK at age 16 and completed her BA (Hons) in Business in the mid-90s. After having worked in some of the most corporate environments in both London and Australia, she began working exclusively with small and micro businesses in 2005. Liz now owns her own business, training and mentoring start up and early stage businesses in Perth.
